PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment at the time of booking is required to secure your place in a course, class or workshop.

If you book and choose to pay in person, payment is required on the first day of the course.

​

If you book studio access with OoPs Ceramics telephonically or by email, you will be invoiced at the end of each month.

​

All firing services, shelf hire and loan of equipment are invoiced by email at the end of each month and payment is required within seven (7) days of the invoice.

 

REFUNDS / ABSENCE / TRANSFERS

 

We DO NOT offer refunds or transfers if you change your mind. Please be sure you are able to commit to the class, course or workshop dates and times prior to booking.

As we do not offer refunds,  you may transfer your booking to someone else. This must be done at least one week before the course starts and we must be advised of this change. Once the course has begun there are no transfers.

 

Our classes usually run at full capacity and therefore we do not have the capacity to offer make-up classes if you are unable to attend a regular weekly session.
 

If you are unable to attend a class, please contact me at jacqui.louw@bigpond.com or on 0439 812 967. In exceptional circumstances, we can make alternative arrangements.

 

OoPs - One-off Pottery Studio reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrolments or a pandemic. You will be notified at least one week prior to the class if cancellation of the class is deemed necessary and a pro-rata or full refund will be provided.

COVID-19

The health and safety of our staff & students is important to us.

​

We follow all government regulations where mandated.

​

OoPs - One-off Pottery Studio is a fully vaccinated business and all clients, guests, students, instructors, contractors, and all other associated parties aged 12 or above will need to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

​

Exemptions will apply, according to the Chief Health Officer directions, and we will facilitate those with a valid exemption to continue to participate in OoPs - One-off Pottery Studio activities.

​

Masks may be required and must be worn if instructed.

​
