Wine and Pot Sessions

What We Offer

Don't want to commit to a whole course, and want to give pottery a try? Or do you want to get a group of your friends or colleagues together for a fun evening (or daytime session) of pottery, drinks and nibbles? Maybe a hen's or stag's night? Or just a bit of fun and laughs with your nearest and dearest? Bring up to 15 friends along. A minimum of two people are required per booking. Please contact Jacqui on my contacts page to book a suitable date and time. What's included: Price quoted is per person. Unlimited sparkling wine and a cheese/cold meats platter Clay, tools, glazes and firing Jacqui will demonstrate the various techniques of hand-building while you sip a glass of wine for the first half hour. Then you have a go and make pots and chat for two and a half hours. Once you have made a pot or two, we will glaze it and fire the pots for you to collect after two to three weeks. What to bring (prepare to get messy!): - Towel - Apron - Enthusiasm - Suggest you wear casual / older clothes and closed-in shoes - clay can get messy! - Hair tie

Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS / ABSENCE / TRANSFERS We DO NOT offer refunds or transfers if you change your mind. Please be sure you are able to commit to the class, course or workshop dates and times prior to booking. Our classes generally usually run at full capacity and therefore cannot offer make-up classes. If you are unable to attend a class, please contact me at jacqui.louw@bigpond.com or on 0439 812 967 to make alternative arrangements. OoPs - One-off Pottery Studio reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrolments, or (dare we say it) a pandemic. You will be notified prior to the class if cancellation of the class is deemed necessary and a pro-rata refund will be provided.
