ABOUT ME
Hi - I'm Jacqui and I'm completely in love with clay.
The alchemy of earth, water and fire.
The endless possibilities and unpredictability of the outcome.
I'm not a production potter.
I prefer making one-off individual and series of
pots, bowls, plates, vases and cups.
I particularly love working with porcelain.
It's delicate but tough, pure, translucent and infinite in possibilities.
I also like to experiment with earthenware, stoneware and terracotta.
I throw on the wheel in my studio and also hand-build vessels, experimenting with numerous shapes, colours, glazes and textures.
Each piece is unique. They are truly one-off pieces or series.
